We consider layout, construction, connected devices, internet service, coverage and capacity. Thick walls, multiple floors and outbuildings often need a properly designed network rather than extra repeaters.
A stable foundation
A well-planned network may include structured cabling, managed switches, gateways, fibre links, Wi-Fi access points and sensible segmentation for guests, staff, CCTV and building systems.
UniFi and beyond
We regularly work with Ubiquiti and UniFi networking equipment, but remain free to recommend different manufacturers or retain existing working infrastructure where that is the better choice.
Practical ongoing management
Clear documentation, sensible remote management, security updates and supportability are integral to the design. The aim is fewer disruptions and a system that can be understood later.
